Chi sono

Appassionato di fotografia dall'età di 18 anni, Stefano Signorini si è specializzato negli ultimi anni nella fotografia panoramica rotante, realizzando molte immagini panoramiche della Città di Verona e del Lago di Garda.
Ha collaborato con le riviste IL FOTOGRAFO e FOTOGRAFARE pubblicando molte fotografie umoristiche e scrivendo diversi articoli sulle tecniche fotografiche e sulla costruzione o modifica di fotocamere e obiettivi. In particolare Stefano Signorini ha costruito ottiche e dorsi basculanti, ha trasformato fotocamere 6x6 in fotocamere panoramiche, ha costruito interamente una fotocamera panoramica rotante a 360°, ha realizzato obiettivi con diaframma stenopeico.
Attualmente collabora con la rivista FOTOGRAFARE realizzando articoli su tecniche sperimentali e fotografie create con attrezzature autocostruite.
Ha fatto foto di movimento con la macchina fotografica installata sulla bicicletta, sugli sci e sui pattini.
Ha fatto molti esperimenti con la Roundshot 28-220, utilizzandola in svariati modi e costruendo per la stessa diversi accessori; in particolare l'ha impiegata per ottenere immagini con la tecnica del moving scan o fotofinish.
Nel 1998 ha vinto il primo premio nel concorso fotografico internazionale "LA FOTO CURIOSA", con l'opera "Punto di vista interessante".
Nel 2004 è stato giudicato miglior autore veronese al concorso nazionale PREMIO VERONA con l'opera "Fotopattinando".
Nel 2005 ha vinto il primo premio al concorso internazionale PANORAMA COMPETITION 2005 dal titolo SPEED MOTION LIFE, con l'opera "The Merry Go Round".
Nel 2006 è stato giudicato miglior autore veronese al concorso nazionale PREMIO VERONA, sezione "Sport e Tempo Libero" con l'opera "Movimento a 360".
Nel 2007 ha vinto il primo premio al concorso internazionale PANORAMA COMPETITON 2007 dal tema PEOPLE IN MOTION, con l'opera "The Cyclists 1".

 

Fascinated with photography from the age of 18, in the last few years Stefano Signorini has specialized in rotating panorama photography, creating many panoramic images of the city of Verona and Lake Garda.
He has collaborated with the magazines IL FOTOGRAFO and FOTOGRAFARE, publishing many comical photos and writing various articles on photography technique and on the assembly or alteration of cameras and objectives. In addition, Stefano Signorini has built objective lenses and bellows, transformed 6x6 cameras into panoramic cameras, assembled an entire panoramic camera with a rotation of 360 degrees, and created pinhole objectives.
He currently collaborates with the magazine FOTOGRAFARE, writing articles on experimental techniques and photographs developed using self-constructed equipment.
He has shot in-motion photos with a camera installed on a bicycle , skis, and on skates.
He has done many experiments with the Roundshot 28-220, using it in numerous ways and building various accessories for it; most importantly he has used it to obtain images with the moving scan or photo finish technique.
In 1998 he won the first prize in the international photography competition ?LA FOTO CURIOSA?, for the piece "Punto di vista interessante".
In 2004 he was voted best artist from Verona in the national competition PREMIO VERONA for the piece ?Fotopattinando?.
In 2005 he won the first prize in the international PANORAMA COMPETITION 2005 entitled SPEED MOTION LIFE, for the piece ?The Merry Go Round?.
In 2006 he was voted best artist from Verona in the national competition PREMIO VERONA, category "Sport and Leisure Time" for the piece "Movimento a 360°".
In 2007 he won the first prize in the international PANORAMA COMPETITON 2007 with theme PEOPLE IN MOTION, for the piece "The Cyclists 1".
